RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON PRINTS, CARD BOXES, AND CALENDARS.

Our policy allows 30 days after delivery to return original paintings only. After 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

It is important to note that refunds do not include original shipping costs. You will only be refunded the original item price plus sales tax.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

• Prints
• Card boxes
• Calendars

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are circumstances where returns can not be accepted:

• Any item not in its original condition or that is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

You will only be refunded the original item price plus sales tax. You will not be refunded the original shipping costs.

SHIPPING

To return your product, start a return by sending us a message using the “CONTACT ME” section located on our website with the subject RETURN. We will walk you through the next steps. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item and deciding how your return will be shipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
